We're one of the fastest growing health and fitness startups in the world (and have just been acquired by the biggest name in the game: Strava)! We're always on the lookout for brilliant people who are as excited as we are about what we’re building.
We have offices in London and Boston, and a CX team in Sydney. We’re big believers in building strong local teams. We primarily work on a hybrid basis out of one our of these offices, we think the best work happens when we’re together.
The Run Down of Our Teams:
- Content & Social - We're the ones all over social media engaging with our running community across the world! Our team includes Social Media Managers/Content Creators, Videographers, Graphic Designers, Digital Designers, Content Creators, and an amazing Community App team. For events and big races, we always need creative freelancers so keep your eyes peeled on our channels for opportunities there!
- Partnerships - We identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with brands and platforms to accelerate Runna’s growth and visibility. We only partner with the best brands that we know our community will love! Think activations with the brands like Lululemon, Hoka, On and event activations like NYRR and Honolulu Marathon!
- Ambassadors - We work, support and promote a number of creators (from Anna Archer to Theo Baker to Romesh Ranganathan) who help promote Runna to their network! Our team manage the relationships, contracts, trips and commercial side of our 400+ Ambassador programme!
- Brand Marketing - Know the Runna brand? That's us! From our podcast, running articles on the app, our merch, to billboards over London during the marathon and activations at events: our brand marketing team are central to telling our brand story!
- Events - Our events across the globe are becoming running household names! Our incredible event team set up industry-leading activations (like the London Marathon Hub), collaboration events (Lululemon series, Tinder run-meets, etc), and our very own branded races (First to Fast 5k/First to Fast 10k).
- RunnaTV - Think our content team, but long form! We're setting up a YouTube channel to be the go-to running hub with (Olympic-level) training tips, inspiring stories, and support for our community. The team includes videographers, editors, producers, directors and creatives!
- General & Operations- The brains behind the operation: we're the Exec team, the People team, the Talent team, the Finance team, and our Legal extraordinaire. We're the ones who keep our Runna's running!
- Engineering - Our Engineering team are 50+ strong: we're the builders of the app and the infrastructure behind it, keeping our users and our data safe! We have Full Stack Engineers, Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, AI Engineers, Modelling and Machine Learning Engineers; from interns through to Tech Leads and Engineering Managers. We're constantly growing the team and number of squads we have. Check out our tech stack here.
- Growth - Our Growth team is made up from Organic growth (SEO/ASO) and Performance Marketing (Paid Social/Search), a Creative team (see those amazing ads on social media? That's us!), and our CRM team. We acquire new users, onboard them, and retain them. There is nothing we love more that A/B testing on the app to give Runna's the best experience with us!
- Product - We define and iterate on features, functionality, and user journeys to constantly improve the app experience. Our Product Managers, from Associate to Principal level, lead squads and shape our roadmap by listening to users and driving features that make Runna the most personalised, functional, and loved app.
- Product Design - We craft seamless user journeys and striking visual systems that shape how our brand look, feel and function at every touchpoint. Our Mid to Lead-level Product Designers work across squads creating seamless designs to make our users have the most seamless experience on our app.
- CX - We're the heart of the app, supporting our runners at every step of their journey. We resolve issues quickly and gather feedback to make sure every one of our users feels valued and heard. We have a big team of 30+ across three offices (London, Boston and Sydney), including part-time roles if you have studies. We have two types of Customer Experience roles: Technical and General, and are here to answer all and any Runna questions.
