We help everyday runners become outstanding by providing world-class training, coaching and community for everyone, whether you're improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon. To date we have built iOS, Android and Apple watch apps that help people achieve their goals by coaching them through the full journey and syncing to their favourite fitness devices.
We’re growing extremely fast and in November 2023 closed a new $6.5M funding round led by JamJar with participation from Eka Ventures, Venrex and Creator Ventures. In 2024, we were selected by Apple as one of three global finalists for the 2024 iPhone App of the Year, reflecting the innovation and impact of what we’ve built. What you’ll be doing
As our US GTM manager / lead, you’ll work closely with our US General Manager and GTM functions to drive execution of our go-to-market streams and accelerate our expansion in the US. Your work will directly help our teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and a brilliant Runna experience. Examples of what your day to day could include involve:
- Building partnerships with running races, brands and content studios;
- Managing ambassador programs to foster community growth.
- Collaborating with our CX team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Using data / leveraging insights to optimise and refine our approach across all of our GTM streams in the US.
Crucially, this isn’t just a ‘strategy’ job. You’ll need to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in (but also be able to help us think big picture about what really moves the needle)

- Collaboration & Influence – You are adept at working with cross-functional teams and external partners, aligning stakeholders to drive success.
- Fast-Paced Environments – You’re comfortable making quick, informed decisions and adjusting priorities as needed in a fast-moving market.
- Not afraid to get stuck in - this is a job where you need to roll up your sleeves, and get to get stuff done on a daily basis.
What experience we’re looking for
- MBB (Mckinsey, Bain, BCG) experience - ideally 2-4 years; or equivalent experience in another fast growing start-up
- Passionate about the running space
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with an ability to make data-informed decisions quickly.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and execute ambitious expansion plans.
